Every Friday from 10am to 12 pm in the Madge Vinnell Centre, at the back of 7 Anzac St, Moe.
(If it is closed for any reason, it will be advertised on this site)
The Listening Post provides an opportunity for anyone in the community who would like to come and share in an enjoyable social morning and chat about their lives, if they feel the need.
It also provides an opportunity to discuss a variety of social and life issues including discussing matters of faith.
At least two people from the Parish coordinate the morning. Others often drop in as well.
Tea, Coffee and a scrumptious morning tea are provided.
People with serious life issues can be helped with finding resources within the community that provide professional support. There are brochures on some of these at the centre.
There are also two Priests in the Parish that can provide support or help with referrals.
The Listening Post also has a food bank that provides some essential food items for anyone in need. The food is free as is attendance.
